Tamra Beach Resort ★★★★

This hotel never failed my expectations. I checked in on 12-Aug-2022 and the experience was exceptional, starting from the cute Italian lady in the reception to the extreme fast response from housekeeping and the tremendously delicious food. The animation team was great and interactive with guests. The Ferragosto day was amazing with all the preparations done in the restaurant and the foam party at the end of the day I really appreciate and want to thank every and each one of the hotel staff for the amazing service and experience I had here. Lastly, I want to say that I will definitely come again every time I come to Sharm El Sheikh.

Animation team don't use English at all they only speak Italian so we didn't involve in activities

Room beautiful location with sea view across the designated pool and garden full of palm trees flowers and birds. Cleaned thoroughly by very obliging young man who created different beautiful first class towel art on our bed daily too! We had a balcony which was always kept clean. Large comfortable bed with sumptuous pillows large comfy duvet, including extra pillows found in the wardrobe if you wanted. Thick towelling robes, complimentary slippers and toiletries. We lacked nothing. Tea and coffee making facilities and mini bar. All linen was pure white and looked new and changed daily including dressing gowns. On first arriving in our room we said....Wow!!! The restaurant was always full of a variety of hot and cold delicious options for all tastes including vegetarians. You could help yourself or have assistance in serving your food at the vast buffet. The staff were so helpful. I highly recommend all inclusuve. At the bars there are a good variety of hot or cold drinks at the poolside or by the sea while you sunbath or at the seaside terrace bar. You can allow yourself to go wiith the flow and experience alcoholic or non alcoholic cocktails and other local alcohol. Most of the guests are from Italy and we found them to be very amenable. There are plentiful comfortable sun beds to laze around on using the complimentary beach towels which you find in your room and also changed daily if you require. There are multiple pools to cater for all the areas of the hotel which has many well laid out beautiful gardens. We loved everything. I think everything has been well thought out for excellent customer service. We needed a late check out so we had 4 extra hours allowed for free until 4pm and then they allowed us to remain until 6.30 when we left for the airport. I highly recommend the experience. I enjoyed the exercise going up and down the hill to the restaurant and reception and the beach where so I could burn off the calories of the delicious plentiful...

We loved everything in this romantic setting but advice for people who are not physically fit you would need a room near the restaurant and I don't know but maybe you could arrange assistance to the beach because the hotel is on a hillside going down to the beach. If it bothers you about joining in with activities you might request they also explain in your language.

everything is so wonderful about Tamra beach, staff are amazing and they really make sure u r having a wonderful time and all you need are met big thanks for the front office team, keep it up Hassan and your team. huge thanks for f&b staff food is the best food we had I. Sharm in a very long time the quality of everything is so good every thing was exceptionally wonderful and for sure we will be back finally we found a good spot for us all the best of luck and keep up the wonderful efforts thank u for making our holiday very special

there is nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel only suggestion is to increase the golf carts otherwise everything g else is wonderful

Good location , rooms are very spacious, food & buffet collection was good. Staff is very courteous

The staff was super friendly. We got an upgrade from the room we had selected; we had a very big room in front of the sea and the beach, with tv, sofa bathtube, shower...great! The housekeeping guy was supernice with us and made us feel at home. The food was very good, especially dinners. We also used the spa which was good, especially considering the price. We were invited to take part in activities both by Italian and Russian and Italian animation team; everyone was nice. Special mention to Andro whic helped us throughout our stay.

The wifi connection was only available in common areas, and even there it was not possible to make a video call. The water of the swimming pools was cold and this is really a pity. there are like 5 swimming pools and virtually nobody swimming as the water is cold and at this time of the year the weather outside is not that hot.

room is comfortable and clean, food is good but not perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful except some of Egyptian animation while the Ukrainian animation are very nice, kind and friendly. In general the hotel is great and I recommend it

Long tiring way from the reception to the room with a lot of going up and down

Snorkeling was wonderful. Food was tasty. Beverages was all around all the time. Animation team was engaging and fun.

Property structure demands plenty of walking and stairs climbing.

Quit place with very good food buffet ( all inclusive is worth) mostly Italian in the resort even animation team activity during the day for them. Rocky beech not sandy. Clean swimming pools and Large rooms and the best are in beech front as it has very nice sea view.

It is hard for elderly to walk among rooms, pools, beech and restaurant because the resort built on hill ( golf cart available upon request)

Accommodation and services are excellent, but the beach is not good

There is no suitable sandy beach, and at the platform there are always dangerous pull currents

The working stuff

1-The clean room the bed sheets hasn't been changed for 4 days 2-the food was very very very poor and low quality almost all of our family got stomach diseases 3-the swimming pools wasn't clean at all and when we complain they said that they only got one guy and they got too many pools 3- the way walking all over the place is to difficult it got too many heights and slopes so it was to tough to go to the beach and when we ask for a golf car or something they say it's under maintenance and can't be use unless for bags or old people

Location, friendly staff , hospitality, relaxing atmosphere, facilities, Quality of food .special thanks to reception staff especially to Mr Mina and Mr Amr and to the Hotel Manger Mr Taki. Special thanks to chef Ashraf and the Italian chef for high quality and variety of food . Also I want to mention the International Animation Team in the main swimming pool for their outstanding effort , daily entertainment programme, special thanks to ( Miss Victoria , Miss Diana, Mr Waleed, Mr sharawii, Mr Tommy and Mr Bakar ) . Thanks for all the Resturant stuff especially to Mr Sayed and Mr Khaled. At the end it was a great vacation, wonderful memories. Defiantly I will come back again to Tamara beach.

Not avalible golf car while I was staying and it is difficult for elderly people to walk

Even though this was the second time visiting Tamra Beach, it still never failed to amaze me again. The staff were amazing at their jobs and exceeded the level of greatness. The receptionists were incredibly kind while providing us with a sea-view room. And during the golf cart ride, the driver kept hinting at places and where to go for certain things. The best part of the stay was the animation team. They made the trip very entertaining with many different activities suitable for both adults and children. And they would end the day with a stage performance including many comedy sketches that will leave you wheezing with laughter. I couldn't of course leave out the most important parts of the day: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The food was 10/10. A huge shout out to the Italian chef.

The only thing that I can think of is the TV. It's not a flat screen like the rest of the resorts or hotels that I've stayed in before. But that wasn't a huge deal because I was usually out. And at the end of the day I would feel exhausted and directly go to bed.

Location,food,room space,service.Eslam from the reservation and mina from the front office are a real good example of preofessionlism and customer satisfaction orientation. Hamdy,sayed and Amr from the.resturant deserve a big thank you for their efforts

Not a lot of food variety in the buffet, limited snack options if youre taking the "all inclusive" package, rooms are cleaned on a daily basis however we had to ask for tissues and soap and it took a while for them to bring it, only italian language entertainment.

Everything was perfect, we spent a wonderful vacation in a highly standard Italian village.

Only the ATM machine was not working properly ( Bank Misr )

Animation staff was absolutely amazing. Meals we really enjoyed and the garden were very careful and nice.

Hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurant could be more friendly. All the attractions was in Italian language and this hotel better suits for Italians.
